eHealth Global will also securely and privately retain a copy of the your MedicKey data, so that new keys can be easily created if the original one is lost. We will only charge you for the service once we receive your MedicKey and start collecting your personal medical information. We can usually have your device back to you in less than 3 weeks, fully loaded with all of your personal health information.
