They didn't necessarily give me the run around, only promised 2 or 3 times to send it, and never did. I requested the test through you this morning and had it by 1:53 this afternoon! Even you had difficulty getting it, but you still managed to have it in my hands in 24 hrs. You also got me an ABO documentation on a patient that they swore had been sent to me 3 times already, but again, I have never received. That one, I requested close to noon, and received again at 1:30.
