| Yes, eHealth Global takes regulatory requirements and patient privacy (HIPAA) very seriously. All protected health information (PHI) is kept on secure eHealth Global servers, accessible only to our clients. In addition, all data communication and information is encrypted and access to the system is password protected. The eHealthViewer system ensures that if a client's PC, PDA or smart phone is lost or stolen, valuable PHI won't be! |

| Yes. eHealth Global provides access to your medical images and documents via "Software as a Service (Saas)" that utilizes the Internet to make sure this data is available whenever and wherever it is needed. All information we send over the Internet is encrypted/encoded, so it is protected from any malicious attempts to gain access to PHI. |
