EXECUTIVE TEAM  
Michael Margiotta, Chairman and CEO
Michael Margiotta is an experienced healthcare executive with over 15 years experience in the industry, having served both in marketing and management leadership roles. In 2005, Mr. Margiotta founded National Digital Health Solutions and served as it's President and CEO. National Digital Health Solutions was acquired by eHealth Global Technologies in 2006.Prior to founding eHealth Global's predecessor, Mr. Margiotta served as a senior manager for a multi billion-dollar global medical device company where he was consistently ranked as one of the top sales managers globally. In addition, he founded Mediquest Pharmacy Express, which provided personalized pharmacy services to long term care facilities, nursing homes, HMOs and independently insured corporations. He holds a dual Bachelors degree in accounting and legal studies from St. John's University where he attended with a full athletic scholarship in lacrosse and football. In 2001 Mr. Margiotta founded a non-for-profit charity for abused children called Action Against Child Maltreatment (AACM) and is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board.
 
Ken Rosenfeld, President and CTO
Ken is an experienced healthcare information technology (HIT) industry executive, with a broad technical and business foundation. He has over 23 years of HIT industry experience. Ken ran worldwide organizations for Kodak of over 100 employees with budgets in the tens of millions dollars. At Kodak, as a worldwide business manager, he led Kodak to a market-leading position in the growing HIT Enterprise Storage and Archiving market. Ken also led Kodak's $80M PACS business to its largest market share ever, and ran Kodak's Healthcare Information Systems' global R&D organization. Ken has also spent time in a small business, having joined Cemax (a PACS company) when it had only 50 people, and took part in Cemax's growth to over 250 people, and the ultimate mergers into Imation and Kodak. Ken graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Bioengineering and Computer Science.
 
Tim Fischer, Vice President, Sales
Tim is an executive with over 15 years experience in the healthcare, data networking and marketing services industries. Over the past seven years, Tim has served in numerous capacities with Bard Peripheral Vascular (BPV). While at Bard, Tim posted the second largest one year sales growth ($1.354 M) in their history and helped grow BPV's sales force from 25 representatives to well over 100. He also was responsible for sales training, and developing and executing aggressive growth plans. In his last years with BPV, Tim also took responsibilities for the strategic launch of new products from the clinical stages to full market launch. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

D. Christopher Chung, MD, FAAP  
Chris brings his unique combination of experience to eHealth Global's board, from being both a practicing physician and a medical industry executive. Chris is currently the Vice President of Medical Affairs and R&D for Natus Medical Inc. in San Carlos, CA, a medical device company providing products for pediatrics, neurology, and audiology. At Natus, Chris has been instrumental in the company's dramatic growth, including active participation in its acquisition strategy. He has also been a practicing Pediatric Hospitalist at the California Pacific Medical Center, in San Francisco for the past 8 years. Previously, Chris also worked at another medical device company, Nellcor Inc. Chris has 8 patents and 10 publications/abstracts to his credit. Dr. Chung received his MD degree from MCP-Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia, and graduated with a BA in Computer Mathematics and Natural Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania.
 
Dan Kerpelman
Dan brings worldwide management and executive leadership expertise to eHealth Global's board, with 17 years in the healthcare industry. Most recently, Dan has been the CEO of SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance), SA in Geneva, Switzerland where he led a CHF 3.8B worldwide business services company of 46,000 employees. Prior to SGS, Dan was the President of the $2.7B Kodak Health Imaging Group, and Senior Vice-President of Eastman Kodak Company. Dan joined Kodak after holding executive positions with GE Healthcare, most recently being the General Manager of the Global X-Ray Division in Paris, France. Dan also sits on the boards of the University of Rochester Medical Center and XCounter AB. Dan has an MBA from Northwestern, and a MS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is fluent in English, French, and Italian.
 
Manish Mehta, MD, MPH
Dr. Manish Mehta is contributing his medical expertise and business acumen to eHealth Global's board. He is a partner and the Director of Endovascular Services in The Vascular Group, PLLC in Albany, NY. Manish and his partners have grown The Vascular Group in 3 years to become the largest vascular surgery and endovascular practice in the country. Manish is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Albany Medical Center Hospital. He also serves as attending staff at 14 other hospitals in the central New York state area. He has been involved in over 30 national research studies and has acted in capacity of national and local Principle Investigator, and authored over 60 research papers and 10 book chapters. He is on the editorial board of several vascular journals, is faculty on various national vascular and endovascular symposiums, and speaks worldwide on endovascular topics. Manish is also the President and CEO of a national non-for-profit foundation, "The Center for Vascular Awareness" whose mission is to raise awareness about vascular disease through education and research..
 
Thomas M. Tortora
Tom's financial expertise and Internet startup experience are a great benefit to eHealth Global's board. Tom owns his own accounting and tax services business, Tortora & Associates, Inc. in Rochester, NY. He is also a partner and owner in two Internet-based businesses. United Tel, LLC develops software that is marketed across multiple verticals on the Internet and acts as a billing service bureau, and Localwire, LLC is a B2B business that introduces small business owners to marketing their products over the Internet. Tom has previously worked at financial firms Heveron & Heveron CPAs, and Arthur Anderson, LLP. Tom has a BS degree in Accounting, Finance, and Computer Science from SUNY Brockport.
PHYSICIAN ADVISORY BOARD  

Malur R. Balaji, MD, FACS, RVT, ABVM is the Chief, Division of Vascular Surgery at Park Ridge Hospital in Rochester, NY, and is a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at the University of Rochester.

Robert A. Hieb, MD RVT, is the Assistant Professor of Radiology and Surgery, Section of Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI.
